New Cohort of Anvil Founders are Innovating Across Industries

After an incredible inaugural round of The CEO Strategy’s Anvil Founder Coaching Program, where 9 early-stage founders built real momentum, launched new products, and hit major growth milestones, we’re ready to introduce you to our second cohort.

This new batch of founders are already diving deep into the tools, strategies, and frameworks needed to grow their businesses and evolve as leaders. Just like the first cohort, this isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Every founder is met where they are with support tailored to their goals, their pace, and their vision.

With nearly double the applications from our inaugural cohort, we are excited to be expanding Anvil to accommodate more founders building in industries such as AI, Healthcare, IT, HR Tech, and more. We are excited to sprint alongside each of these founders over the next few months.”
— Max Polec, Executive Coach with The CEO Strategy

The program follows three core principles:
• Deliver targeted trainings on key startup and leadership topics
• Support each founder in applying these concepts through hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Empower every founder to translate learnings into action

Each month, the cohort will explore themes like problem validation, customer discovery, productivity, growth strategy, fundraising, and leadership. It all culminates in a showcase — where founders will share what they’ve built and where they’re headed.
